Where is the Dynamic Op Phone in MW4 DMZ?

Most guides place it in Cheongun Village, shown as a green phone icon on the Tac-Map. One guide reports it in Tong-il Village instead, so check the Tac-Map for the icon.

Why did collecting the phone not count?

Guides report that deploying in Dynamic Operations mode assigns a contract and skips the phone. Deploy in Free Roam, pick up the phone and extract.

Do I have to finish the Dynamic Op after taking the phone?

To collect a Dynamic Op Phone in MW4 DMZ, deploy in Free Roam, open the Tac-Map and head for the green phone icon; guides place it in Cheongun Village in northern Hajin. Picking the phone up is what the order counts.

Where to go

Several guides place the phone in Cheongun Village, marked on the Tac-Map with a green phone icon. One guide instead describes a green hall in Tong-il Village near the Russian border crossing, so if there is no icon at Cheongun, check the whole Tac-Map for the green phone.

How to complete it, step by step

Deploy in Free Roam. Guides agree that choosing Dynamic Operations hands you a contract on landing and skips the phone pickup, so the order does not tick.
Open the Tac-Map and look for the green phone icon. Ping it to set a route; from most infils that means heading to Cheongun Village in the north.
Approach carefully: phones draw other squads doing the same order. Clear the building before you interact.
Pick up the phone. That is enough for the order; you do not have to finish the Dynamic Operation it starts, though doing so pays extra DMZ Cash and XP.
Exfil to bank the progress. Order progress only sticks after a successful extraction.

Tips

If the objective reads "Collect a Dynamic Op Phone or search a reward crate", either one completes it.
Bring Flash grenades: the same page asks for flash kills, so you can do both in one run.

How DMZ Orders work

DMZ Orders are the guided tasks you pick up at the DMZ Orders station in the FOB. They are grouped into chapters (Human Intel is one of them) and each chapter into pages. Finish every task on a page, then extract: progress only counts after a successful exfil, and the next page arrives from a Caller back at the FOB. Page rewards are shared for the whole page, so one objective does not pay on its own. If your tracker shows slightly different wording, match the full objective text before you follow a route.
