A breached nuclear plant on the northeast coast. The reactor is High threat and covered by a radioactive cloud: you need radiation protection and a gas mask to survive inside.
The report places the The Chemist’s Secure Armory door in Haneul Nuclear Reactor at grid I4: a secured bunker near the reactor boat house.
