Operation Critical Extraction objectives
- Approach the hospital
- Find General Kang
- Move General Kang to safety
- Wait for the elevators to open
- Secure General Kang in the exfil chopper

How to complete Operation Critical Extraction
- Follow the hospital marker and search the marked room. General Kang is in a hospital bed.
- Push the bed through the corridors to the lobby elevators. One player pushes; the rest of the squad clears the route ahead.
- Hold the elevator lobby while the doors open. This is the longest fight of the mission, so take cover before you call the elevator.
- Take the bed up to the roof and onto the exfil chopper ramp. Loading Kang completes the mission; stay aboard to extract what you carry.
Tips for Operation Critical Extraction
- A CODMunity player tip says the elevator locks once the bed and its escort go up, so anyone left behind needs another way out.
- The Doctor, a field boss, is reported around the hospital at times. Clear the floor before you start pushing the bed.

Key reward
DMZ Codex lists the Mirae Electrical Room key as a reward for this mission. That key opens the electrical room in the northwestern basement parking garage of the hospital, reported at grid F5.
