Operation Silent Ledger is an MW4 DMZ Story Mission at Heavenly Luck Casino, Cheongun Village, in the Counterfeit chapter. It has 7 objectives and pays $25,000 DMZ Cash and a Gold Bar.

How to complete Operation Silent Ledger

Start the generator on the parking level. It has a timing prompt, so watch the meter rather than holding the button.
Go up to penthouse security and use the Parking Levels security station. Point a camera at the vault fence to open it.
Take the B1/B2 parking elevator back down, place the drill on the vault and defend it until it finishes.
Take the printing plates and carry them to the exfil chopper.

Tips for Operation Silent Ledger

The casino has no mains power, so it is dark inside. Night vision helps.
The vault also has an optional Side Op with twelve cash bags. Load them onto the nearby truck and throw them into the chopper; extracting the plates does not take the bags with it.

Key reward

DMZ Codex lists the Counting Room Vault key as a reward for this mission. That key opens the counting-room vault behind the Cashier shopfront on the casino’s main floor, reported at grid F4.
